- You should only cook pizza and dry, bread-based food directly on the stone baking board. If you are cooking vegetables, meat or other ingredients, we recommend you use Gyber stainless steel cooking grate.
- Your baking stone board can be cleaned by running your pizza oven at top temperatures. If you would like to hand wash it, use warm water and dry it in a conventional oven for a minimum of 2 hour at 140 Fahrenheit.
- The stone baking board is not dishwasher safe.
