Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area

If you live outside our standard service area and would like to initiate an exchange or a return, we're here to help. For exchanges outside our standard service area, we do not offer free exchanges. We waive your return shipping fee but an additional forward shipping fee will be charged for any new item(s).

Your order may take up to 0-2 business days to process and may not ship until the next business day. Deliveries typically arrive 2-8 business days after the order has been processed, but this ETA may vary based upon weather conditions or holidays.
Cancellations If you’d like to cancel your order, simply go to your order page and click on the ‘Cancel Order’ button. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll arrange a full refund. If it has shipped, a return shipping fee will apply to ship the item back to us. It may take up to 10 business days depending on your credit card provider for your refund to be reflected on your balance.
Gyber hopes that you love your new grill or pizza oven, but we also want you to be fully satisfied. Any purchase made through Gyber may be cancelled within 24 hours with no extra fees. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, please Contact us. Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the initial purchase will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below.
You can return your product for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. Returns made inside our standard service area will incur a $49 return shipping fee - for some smaller items a $19 return shipping fee will apply. Returns outside our standard service area are subject to a return fee in the same amount as the forward shipping fee.
Please note: All returns and exchanges must be made with the original Gyber packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, there is an additional $15 per item repackaging fee.
Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less 1) repackaging fees (if applicable) and 2) outbound and return shipping fees.
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING/DELIVERY, MISSING ITEMS, SHIPPING/DELIVERY ERRORS
If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, Contact us within five days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com. Please ensure you know your order number, your date of purchase, and the location from which you purchased your product.

Refund & Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition as it was received, undamaged and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or proof of payment.

If the product return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN / REFUND
1. EMAIL US
- Contact Us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
3. RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office. You will need to pay for the postage cost of shipping the goods to us.If the delivery cost is insufficient, we has the right to refuse the return. Only product(s) which are defective, postage cost will be paid by Promsstyle.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 working days.
*All items will be inspected on return. We do our best to accommodate return requests, however, in the event that an item is returned not in compliance with our return policy, we will not be able to offer a refund.
*Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 14 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.
*Once your return is received and inspected, to start a return, you can contact us at email we will handle your case in 2 working days.we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
*Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more.
