INGREDIENTS:

2.5 lbs chicken wing

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

2 Tsp Granulated Garlic

1 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tsp Fine Salt

1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

2 Tsp Oregano

1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

1 Tsp Thyme
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Rub all chicken wings with the spice mixture and let them marinate for up to 4 hours in refrigerator.
- Heat your grill to 250°F, once temperature stabilizes spread wings out evenly across the grates.
- Cook until the internal temperature is 160°F. About an hour and 30 minutes.
- Allow wings to rest for 15 minutes and enjoy.
